Cover large bowls, wrap up a whole loaf, or keep salad fresh for up to a week.
Wipe it over with soap and cold water to keep it clean. Every few months, iron it between two sheets of greaseproof paper. Peel it away while still wet and hold it aloft until dry. And after about a year, when you’re done with it, just put it out for composting.
